About

Unlimited The Movement has partnered with Gallery44 and Theatre in support of a great cause.

Though we will have the opportunity to be entertained and empowered by phenomenal queens, all of this is in the benefit of IHATA Shelter for Abused Women and Children who we nominated as beneficiaries of the gift bags for the woman they work with.

IHATA is a small registered Non-Profit Organization is a shelter for abused, abandoned and battered women with their young children in Heideveld, Cape Town. They started out as the only Islamic Shelter for Abused Women in the entire WC. They receive no government or corporate funding and graciously survives on public donations, selling their organically grown herbs and vegetables and from the sale of secondhand items from their community shop.

They offer shelter and sanctuary as well as programs to educate, uplift and empower vulnerable women.

Purpose

Ihata shelter endeavors to provide a holistic service to correct all of the areas in the lives of our clients, so that they return to society as whole, beneficial human beings.

Mission

It is their mission to provide beneficiaries space and time to plan their lives forward through services geared toward empowerment, improved self-respect, independence, and recovery, ending with successful community re-integration and liberation from poverty and violence.

Vision

To assist all women, from all walks of life who are abused or challenged by difficult life circumstances.

To be a well – governed and self – sufficient organization assisting with building an improved society free of gender – based violence.

To show daily respect for the dignity and honor of all and render effective sheltering empowerment programs to domestic violence victims.

We are looking forward to one awesome event and would love to see you there!

Do book your seat as seats are limited and restricted to only 50 seats for the event.

Let us continue to pray for our country of South Africa and all the women and girl child in the world.
