Women’s Month Speaker: Mrs Funmi Soluade - Effective Human Resourcing: A Choice

ASHRAE South Africa Chapter will host a person of interest in the celebration of Woman's Month. Funmi Soluade will be addressing Effective Human Resourcing: A Choice.

Mrs Soluade is one of the top recruiters in South Africa with multiple years of experience in Recruitment and Selection. Her experience spans across different industries and various companies, and she has years of experience in placing and spearheading the placements of different categories of staff; from C- Suite/board level recruitment to senior and junior staff recruitment. She has successfully led and trained other recruiters and companies in the art and science of Human Resourcing.

Qualifications:

• Certified International Human Resources Manager (2016, Singapore)
• MBA with a Human Resources focus (2015)
• MSc Industrial and Organizational Psychology (1997)
• BSc Psychology (1990)
• Diploma in Personnel and Training Management (1998)
