The Way Things Really Are - Saturday 28th August to Sunday 29th August 2021 with Gen Mila
When faced with challenges of the world, we have a choice: be fearful and pessimistic, or be practical and optimistic. For many, the world is becoming more and more complicated. New challenges and conflicts appear almost daily and our minds are becoming busier and more scattered every day . Cravings, anger, and even hatred seem to be on the increase.
Fortunately, there is help. Meditating on emptiness has the power to help us solve our problems. Buddha’s revolutionary insights on emptiness, ’the true nature of things’, is a universal remedy that heals our confusion, cravings, and other painful ways of thinking. By resolving these inner conflicts, we are then capable of helping others solve their problems. This is important in these uncertain times.
