ABOUT

Without a doubt one of the most incredible mountain running routes in the country. With 1855m of vertical height gain, and then of course the same in descent, it is not for the faint-hearted.

Take part in the Mountain Challenge Series by running all of the Challenges - the Jonkershoek Mountain Challenge 38km (JMC), Helderberg Mountain Challenge 24km (HMC) and Marloth Mountain Challenge 34km (MMC) or go for the slightly easier version and take part in the Mountain Challenge Series Lite consisting of the JMC Lite 24km, HMC Lite 15km and 24.5km MMC Lite.
