Distilled in the heart of the Maitland, Innocent Spirits gin and rum tasting experience takes you through the in-house production process of our gin and rum at our simple and unpretentious distillery. You'll be welcomed with a not-so-innocent G&T, followed by a sampling of our liquorice allsorts of tasty mates including our Cilantro Gin, award-winner aged rum, Amber Barrel, our two white rums, and a good dose of caffeine from our Coldbrew Coffee Mocha Spirit Aperitif.
