A kind heart is a special mental attitude that cherishes other people at least as much as we cherish ourselves. If we cherish others we will naturally perform virtuous actions, and as a result experience great happiness in the future. One way or another, all virtue and all happiness come from cherishing others.
By practicing this meditation, we can develop a realistic of the world based on our understanding of the equality and interdependence of all living beings.
How to join in?
