"VOICE" Victims of Immigrants’ Crimes Enforcement is a class action group consisting of victims of crimes committed within the borders of south africa by illegal/ legal immigrants the victims must be south African born citizens, people who hold dual citizenship and foreigners are not included, The victims vary from crimes like rape, human trafficking, car hijacking, robbery, murder, building hijacking, drugs, fraud, identity theft, bogus marriages


Background – the constitution of the republic of south Africa, 1996 provides the basis for a class action jurisprudence in south Africa through Section 38 (C) which provides that anyone acting as a member of, or in the interest of, a group or class of persons has the right to approach a competent court to allege that a right in the bill of rights has been infringed or threated.


Our mission is to seek reparation, restitution, justice and recourse for all victims and provide timely, adequate, proactive and professional legal services, with emphasises in liaison between victims and their families regarding the offender’s custody and immigration status.


Our first objective is to get a high court certification to speak as one VOICE.


OUR CLAIM IS ONE BILLION RANDS PER RESPONDENT.
