Period Dignity

As we remember the youth of 1976 fought for the right to receive education and learn in a language they understood. It's a sad reality that there are still young girls today who are still fighting for access to education and today the infringement of this right is not the language barrier but period poverty. The number of young girls who have to miss school every month because they can not afford sanitary pads keeps increasing at an alarming rate.

This fundraiser aims to raise Menstrual Period Positivity Awareness. We wish to raise funds for sanitary pads for school girls who are of menstruating age, who can not afford month to month menstrual aid.
