Hope and Harmony with Richard Cock's Phoenix Co Orchestra

Sun Oct 3, 11:00 - Sun Oct 3, 15:30

Cheetah Slopes, Chapel Drive, St Stithians Boys' College

ABOUT

Join us at a wonderful fund-raising event with Richard Cock and the Phoenix co Orchestra for a lovely lazy Sunday! This event, organised by the St Stithians Boys' College Interact Club and Richard Cock, raises much-needed funds for charity. All profits from these performances will go to CHOC and Hotel Hope (a home for orphaned and abandoned children). We'd love you to join us for a fantastic musical experience and to help our Interact Club help our community. We know that COVID-19 has devastated the music industry worldwide and with traditional concerts, not an option currently, the Phoenix Co orchestra is using alternative ways to bring live classical music to communities.

The College Marimba band will entertain you before the main event and we have a kiddies corner for those young children who don't want to be tied down! In addition, we are offering delicious snack packs for sale and vouchers for these packs can be purchased when you purchase your tickets here.

NEWSFLASH!!! The Grade 2 Choir is now joining the repertoire so be prepared for wonderful entertainment!

You are welcome to bring your own snacks or picnic and please bring your sun hats, sunscreen, blankets and cushions. If special access is required for disabled attendees, please mail [email protected] to make the necessary arrangements.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE TWO PERFORMANCES. THE FIRST AT 11 AM AND THE SECOND AT 2 PM. PLEASE CHOOSE THE TIME OF YOUR CHOICE. TICKETS COST R200.00 PER PERSON AND CHILDREN UNDER 7 ARE FREE.

COVID PROTOCOLS

All standard and requisite Covid-19 protocols will be followed on your arrival at event.
