A Masterclass in Mediation

ABOUT

This Skills Development Workshop will include some refresher sessions on basic mediation principles and some advanced sessions on specialised topics, such as emotional issues, health care and ethical dilemmas.

The workshop will be presented by Dr Shamal Ramesar, Alan Nelson SC and Patrick Scott SC, three experienced mediators who will share their knowledge and experience in six one-hour sessions, with two question and answer sessions.

CPD points will be available to those who require them, and a certificate will be issued to all attendees requiring proof of the CPD points.

10.00 – 10.10    Welcome and introduction

10.10 – 11.00    Refreshing basic principles plus some advanced training (including Rule 41 A) –
