Kamberg Trail Run
Kamberg Trail Run is an authentic mountain experience. The Kamberg Valley is known to be a place where life moves slower, and adventure abounds. The "Valley", as the locals call it, is a gem of untouched beauty waiting to be discovered and explored.
Kamberg Trail Run is a unique trail running/walking event that offers a trail seeker something of everything: wilderness experience as you traverse the Maloti-Drakensberg Park World Heritage Site, breath-taking vistas of the Central Drakensberg Escarpment, steep climbs, waterfalls and caves, and even some road running!
Kamberg Trail Run presents four trail races of 50km (one day), 50km (two-day: 26km + 24km), 26km, and 7km. The race will be hosted at Kamberg Mountain Shadows, which is roughly a 2:15-hour drive from Durban and a 5-hour drive from Johannesburg.
