Fungi and Friends Pop Up Dinner
What to expect: A 3-course wild flavoured meal and drinks pairing with an informative talk on mycology.
Join us for this unique Pop-up Dinner filled with magic and mystery as we explore and learn through our senses about the world of fungi.
Peter Herrman, co-founder of Harmonic Mycology, mushroom enthusiast and all round Fun-gi will guide you through an interactive 3-course meal created by Gemma Hancock, the wild chef at Veld & Sea, in the glasshouse at the Veld & Sea HQ.
The menu is dictated by this unique micro season. It includes ingredients cultivated, gathered and grown onsite from nearby forests and the mountains.
Every course will be paired with a wild flavoured drink and an element of adventure.
Be prepared to lose all your morels ;)
What to bring: an appetite, something warm and a sense of humour.
You are welcome to bring a bottle of your own to enjoy with the meal.
