Gut Health Morning @ The Health Food Emporium
Our gut health is more important than how often we go to the loo or if we have bloating. It's more than a flat belly or the rolls we hide. Our gut is the most important when it come to our immune system, our mental health and anxiety, how we sleep, allergies and how diseases take root in our bodies.
On the 2nd of October The Health Food Emporium will be hosting The Gut Bar, a group of gut health enthusiasts who will be sharing their expertise and passion for gut health with you.
There will be live workshops showing you how to make you own water and milk kefir and kimchi. Speaker, author and health coach Davida van der Walt will be speaking on her journey back to health from an autoimmune dis-ease through gut health (via video). MindUnique will be telling us how to protect our bodies from harmful EMF's and their effect on the gut.
Lynda from Juice4Joy will explain the difference between fruit and veggie juices, how to use them to recover. Bone Broth is an amazing healing food that helps to heal and seal the gut lining. And find out what a nucleotide is and why it's so important in building your gut.
