ABOUT
Revhairlution is a fresh sound on the Cape Town scene and we are eager to share what we have. The band consists of drummer/vocalist Earl Swartz; guitarist/vocalist Ambrose James; bassist Tristan Brandt; poet Dylan Mack.
It has long been our passion to make music and it shines through in our performances. We perform both original songs and covers ranging from jazz, blues, rnb, funk as well as reggae and we have an ever growing repertoire.
We have a standing monthly gig at The Drawing Room Café in Observatory a venue that has seen us perform there multiple times and we have now used our show as a platform promoting multiple acts ranging from poets to singers.
We have played at a variety of live entertainment venues ranging from Radisson Red, Alexander Bar and Café, Botanik Social house, The Waiting Room, At various RAW (Real Art Wednesday) events, Trenchtown, Barleycorn, Mercury Live, Aandklas.
