Romeo and Juliet: 24-29 May 2021
The Arts Theatre, currently operating from the Gibson Kente Theatre at Hudson Park High School, is proud to bring you a production of Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet.
This production is specifically aimed at Grade 10 and 11 scholars throughout East London to help bring to life the prescribed school setwork piece.
Directed by: Bryan Hiles
Starring internationally acclaimed award-winning actress, Cara Roberts, as Juliet.
The balance of roles is taken up by East London local acting talent, ranging in age from 16 to 61!
Tickets are R50 for scholars, pensioners and children under 12.
R80 for adults
Show times are 7pm every night 24-29 May 2021, with a matinee at 2.30pm on Sat 29 May.
COVID protocols are in place and seating is limited to 50% of the venue capacity (max 125 people).
