BETTER MENTAL HEALTH AS A LIFESTYLE

Trauma and stress aren’t quite the same things, but life uncertainties can trigger both - Stress Xchange WOMEN TABLE support group SESSIONS exist to reassure you that countless other people have faced OR are facing similar challenges and understand your concerns. Talking about your experiences can help. The idea that you can, or should be able to, “solve” things by yourself is false. Often the people who seem like they know how to do everything are actually frequently asking for help; being willing to accept help is a great life skill.

Women Table Support Group- Practicing Good Mental Habits is an 8-session support group program for women who would like to practice good mental habits, regain power over their own lives and practice mental health self-care management

Key aims

-Learning about self through other

-Help keep you connected. It also gives you the chance to connect with people on multiple levels

-Exploring triggers and coping mechanism

-Facilitate decision-making skills and promote self-esteem
