Buddha taught that the only true way to get rid of our feelings of discouragement and depression is to find a sense of inner peace that lies deep within our own mind.
All our negative states of mind stem from our own feelings, our own mind, and because of this, we can change these feelings. We can only do this by going on an inward journey to discover why we are feeling these negative feelings and then through meditation changing our minds to find contentment and inner peace within ourselves.
In this course, Dr Colinda Linde , will show you how to apply the profound methods of Buddhist psychology and meditation that enable you to cultivate this feeling of inner peace. You will also be taught practical methods for creating positive mental habits that are uplifting, encouraging and empowering.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the class starts to register and settle in.
We have a book shop to browse, water on sale, and it is helpful to bring a pen and notebook if you would like to take notes. There is secure and ample parking.
