Secret Studio with Karen is a dive into Self - an inner journey, which is mostly an indoor mat based wellness practice, with an outdoor space for release! Candles & incense fill the air, & create a safe container for You to let go, & allow the magic to unfold, an experience You will remember!

TIME: 6:30PM - 8:00pm
PRICE: R200 per session / R220 with cacao option or R900 for a 5 class pass / R1000 5 class pass with cacao option
WHERE: The Center 9a Main Rd Noordhoek
If you’re driving towards Chapman’s Peak, it’s about 200m after the Silvermine T Junction, and on the left.
*Please bring your yoga mat, blanket and water bottle.
