Secret Sunrise and The Well invite you to a commUnity dance for caring, active citizens to connect in movement, music and nature... Amplifying the ripples of wellness, love and joy to reach far and wide in our beautiful community.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Welcome to an hour long guided session to celebrate life! Facilitators, silent headphones and the most epic way to end a day in the 21st century. This dance is for all ages and anyone looking to move their bodies, play like a child and connect with themselves and community.
SOUP INCLUDED
After the sunset session there'll be good vibes around the bonfire and lekker vegan soup & bread. The event starts with the dance at 5pm and will finish at 8pm.
Please bring a chair or picnic blanket.
