ABOUT

Come join Jodi Edmunds, a qualified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, for a LIVE guided meal prep session. Start the new week with healthy meals in your fridge.

This workshop is for you if you can relate to one or more of the following:

  • You've heard of meal prep but have no idea where to start.
  • You eat processed, sugary, store-bought or fast food meals because you have no time to cook.
  • You want to make healthier choices and lose weight.
  • You want more time during the week, especially in the evenings after work.
  • You don't have time to cook during the week.
  • You hate finding new, healthy recipes.
  • You want to include more fruits and veggies in your diet.
  • You're overwhelmed by the thought of meal prepping.
  • Cooking feels like a chore.
  • You stress over what's for dinner 10 minutes before it has to be on the table.

How it will work:

  • The ticket includes a budget-friendly shopping list, a menu example for the entire week using the ingredients on the shopping list, everything you need to know before our session and other easy meal prep hacks. These will be sent to you two days before the session. There is a vegan version and a regular version of the guide and you can choose which one you'd like to follow.
  • The guide you'll receive will follow the "shop once, cook twice, eat healthy all week" meal prep method and will help you to include prepped and fresh meals in your week.
  • Together on Zoom, we will prepare healthy breakfasts, lunches and dinners that will last you for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
  • You will then cook again on Wednesday, which will last you Wednesday's dinner, Thursday and Friday. The guide includes a step by step guide for you to then follow on your own on Wednesday (with recipes).
  • Once you've received the grocery list and guide, which will be emailed to you before the session, feel free to substitute any of the ingredients we'll be using for something else in a similar food group that you prefer or that's easier for you. You're welcome to ask about about alternatives beforehand hand, if you need some recommendations.
  • Feel free to bring a friend, partner, family member, kids or anyone to assist you too if you'd like.
  • You'll be sent a grocery list two days beforehand so that you have some time to go grocery shopping for the required ingredients.
  • The guide will tell you what ingredients and equipment to have ready before the session
  • You'll also be sent a menu example for the week to show you how to spread your meals throughout the week.
