Dear Reader 

"Hullo, Bu-bye, Koko, Come In" my sophomore collection of poems is my dance with archives, names, lives, legacies of in/visibility and memory. 

It is also an invitation.

I spent the last 4 years digging, documenting, disrupting obsessions with tidy bows, pink, glitter, etiquette and chewing with your mouth closed. I spent the last 4 years tangled in stories of women dead and alive who have walked complicated and glorious journeys; and the more I danced, the more the discomfort turned into something familiar.

Now we get to do this dance together. Join me for a reading and a toast as we celebrate the launch of Hullo, Bu-bye, Koko, Come In.
