Hey there Sun-risers!

It's Spring again! And Spring is natures way of saying - LET'S PARTY!

Theme for this one - FLOWER POWER - obivaaas!

As always, you are welcome to dress up, dress down or to not get dressed for the day  Come however you prefer. We won't ask any questions!

New to the SS community?

It's not like anything you have done before....

You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to dance and party !

We combine elements of meditation and ecstatic dance. All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.

- What to bring: Your BFF`s , family annnnnd if you feeling adventurous dress up, water

- Entrance fee (dance): R160 pp (includes a coffee from Twobrews_co and and a treat from Cafe Mirosta)

- Limited tickets available, social distancing will be practiced
