Breadbar bread course

Two hour bread baking course with Francois the owner and baker at The Bread Bar Bakery at Makers Landing. 

Ciabatta and Focaccia (focaccia will include olives, chilli, rosemary and cheese) 

Tickets include the following:

• Demonstration of ciabatta and focaccia baking

• Tips and tricks on bread baking

• Mixing, shaping and baking of your own ciabatta and focaccia 

• Cheese platters provided after bread class 

• Gin and tonic from Pienaar and Sons

• Breads to take home
