Hello music fam!
We have something BIG to accounce for our next Music Appreciation Session vol 23!
For the first time ever, we are going to be changing the format for the whole event.
For the first time ever, we will be going strictly VINYL for the whole night! To celebrate the Record and Vinyl Themed month we are hosting at Growing OGs this month.
We decided to go all out with our line up! And we hope you are gonna be here to enjoy it with us. limited tickets!
Our line up comes with a narrative and it goes like this.
John Colin is a french man, he is humble and will blush when we intriduce him as a vinyl expert! We have seen what he can do on the turn tables, and its nothing short or miraculous. John has a heart for our South African brother and sisters, John has already offered 2 FREE vinyl workshops during our Artist Support program both at OGHQ and out at our Philippi Location. We thank you for being a part of our Artist Support Program and we cant wait to host you and see what you have under your sleeve!! John will be spinnign from 6-8PM
Following the frenchie, we have local legend, no stranger to the Cape Town night life, with his own Pop Up party series, this gentleman has a tanglible contribution to the Cape Town Music Industry. He spins under his surname, Jonkovich, and he spins them gooood! One of few Vinyl equipped DJs that has the sound that we are looking for, we are super stoked to have Tim join the Music Appreciation Family on the 23rd with his mature sound that will kick you into party mode quickly! Welcome to the Fam Tim!

We had to go big or go home, so we went LARGE!
We managed to secure the Queen of Vinyl in South Africa - ABBY NUROCK!!!
Truly an OG of the South African Music Scene that will play exactly the music you never even knew you needed to hear!
She is coming down from Jozi to share her beautiful music in a beautiful environment, and we are too happy to have her come and join our Music Appreciation family!
What an increble way to end off our Record/Vinyl Themed month here at Growing OGs.
