ABOUT

2013 is almost here! Are you ready to usher in the New Year by reaching for the lazers – whilst jamming to the freshest and grooviest non-commercial Deep House, Nu Disco and Progressive House - on an inner city rooftop? Deep Fried Digital (a collab between Deep Fried Decks and Ubuntu Digital) is a party brand that has been cooked up to serve you the tastiest underground parties on The Rooftop this summer. We’ve decided to bring you something special for New Years Eve, whilst staying true to our musical side. New Years Eve will see The Rooftop play host to a masquerade filled with deep fried goodness, an awesome setting and beautiful people. The line up (oozing some of the best local talent Cape Town’s House music scene has to offer) will be dishing out more groove than Austin Power’s ‘mojo’. The lovely surroundings of The Rooftop will leave the lucky party-goers with awesome views of the Mother City’s CBD as the sun sets and kisses the neighbouring buildings. With the night taking centre stage, these buildings’ cooling walls will become canvasses for the projection of video animation. There will also be some lazers to reach for! Your eyes will be spoilt but your ears are in for a treat too! We’ll be hooking up a RCF 2KW system to let the beats take control of your boogie. As the night unfolds The Rooftop will be transformed into a magical setting for the masquerade: adorned with lovely décor, champagne, finger snacks, and much more. As per usual, the venue has a capacity and we are limiting the tickets to 200 lucky people. With this line up, awesome setting and limited tickets the Deep Fried Digital New Years Eve Masked Ball is definitely the party to be at!
