Join us for a 90 minute yoga class led by Aimée (Beloved Yoga) accompanied by Seabelo Morule of BigDaddyMusic who will be mixing carefully selected sounds to enliven the experience.

Aimée will be blending dynamic and rhythmic movement into the traditional format of the Vinyasa style class so we can find more fluidity in our bodies and expression in our practice but mostly we are going to have fun!

The class will take place in the 'Train Room' at Shine Studios, with floor-to-ceiling glass overlooking the city skyline including Nelson Mandela bridge.

The class starts at 9- arrive early to paint your face (provided) and start enjoying the vibe!

No yoga exerience is necessary but some is helpful. There will be modifications offered for new or injured students where necessary but students are encouraged to watch, learn, enjoy and take rests when needed.

No pregnant women are advised to participate in exercise in their first trimester.

NOTE: Henri Street is a one way and not accessible directly from Smit Street. It is necessary to round the block if driving to Shine on Smit Street.

Directions:

From M1 Highway (North or South):

Take Smit Street exit. at the bottom of the ramp, turn left into Smit Street. take the first left onto Eendracht Street. Take first right onto Juta Street. Take first right onto Henri Street. Shine Studios is the last building on the right hand side (on the corner) before the T-junction.

 

From Jan Smuts Avenue:

Heading towards town: As you enter Braamfontein, Jan Smuts Avenue becomes Bertha Street, continue on this street. Turn right onto De Korte Street at the robot just before the Nelson Mandela Bridge.The street sign is visible, but please exercise coation as the right arrow coincides with a greenlight for the oncoming traffic. Take the second left onto Henri Street. Cross Juta Street.Shine Studios is the last building on the right hand side (corner) before the T-junction.
