21 Day Self Guided Fun Meditation Challenge - Tuesday 13th April to Tuesday 04 May 2021


On enrolling you will receive a 21 day calendar to provide a structure for your 21 days and be invited to join our whats ap group, with daily inspiration and tips.


A daily meditation practice is vitally important to our own happiness and peace.

Join us on this 21-Day Meditation Challenge and feel the incredible differences this practice can have in your life.

The daily meditations will be self-guided, however there will be a group whats app with support and inspiration each day from our resident teacher Gen Mila.


The challenge will conclude with a celebration on Tuesday 4th May at the Centre with a Guided Meditation & Lucky Draw @ 18:30 – 19:30 for all the successful participants in this challenge. Stand a chance to win a giant meditation cushion valued at R750.


Discounts

Non members participating in the 21 Day Meditation Challenge can attend the Tuesday evening and Sunday morning meditation class at a discounted price of R50. 

VKBC Members participating in the 21 Day Meditation Challenge will qualify for a 50% discount on the Karma course on the 24th April - Karma with Dr Colinda Linde.
