The Lets Grow Academy has stared a community an empowerment project at Losperfontein in the North West Province. We are renovating an abandoned school building to house the project. The Project is crown funded. Every contribution can will make a difference.

At the Let’s Grow academy we care for people. A healthy individual will be able to take care of himself/herself their families and others in society.  We believe that to transform society people need access to sources of inner healing, places of learning and opportunities to bond.

The Team range from diverse backgrounds uniting to offer experience and skills, offering a wide range of products and services.

In their work with young people, communities and drug rehabilitation centers, they realized that they need to work more on prevention, as rehabilitation is very challenging and complex work.

Armed with the concept that prevention is better than cure the Riegal Du Toit, Rina Du Toit, Motlhago Nicholls and Steven Nicholls registered The Let’s Grow Academy NPC

Call to action

The Lets Grow Academy finds abandoned properties or structures to establish Community based Training Centers.

Community members trained at Training Centre will be assisted to use their skills to become productive members of society.

Either by being assisted to secure employment or start an enterprise of their own.

With a no non-sense approach to prejudice of any kind, inspired to live the word of in bible, the Lets Grow Team upgrade the properties while serving the community and improving the economy of the region to the benefit of all residence regardless of culture, religion, political affiliation or financial status.

Localized Strategy

A typical project will commence with the activities listed below. The first stage of the project will be the emphasis are;

· Cleaning the property together with the community in order to get to know them.

· Get the sports activities as point of contact for the younger generation.

· Pre-school safe haven for children of the community aged 1-6.

· Sunday worship.

· Creating a women’s community service centre.

· Movie and game nights on weekends to keep the youth out of mischief.

· Establish a Men’s Club.

By improving the property value and security to buildings. The Let’s Grow Academy service communities’ outreach while adding value to the local economy. Introducing business activity that employ and skill community members. It provides community members to opportunities beyond the borders of community.
