ABOUT

SOSO is a fresh brand which offers a variety of food experiences. It is run by chef Ali Majija, a well rounded chef who has a great passion for all fresh ingredients. As a cook he values process over convenience. 

Together with KZNSA Gallery they will be hosting an event called ' Backyard Family Feast', taking guests on an experience that is reminiscent of a South African Sunday lunch.

Guests are invited to meet their loved ones at KZNSA to enjoy a spit and harvest table. 

HOW THE DAY WILL RUN:

07:30 - 08:30 - Set up and firing of spit

14:30 - 15:30 - Set up for event

15:30 - 16:00 - Guests arrive

           - Host to welcome guest and explain proceedings 

16:00 - 16:30 - Carving of meat, Serving of guests

18:00 - 18:15 - Dessert Table

19:00 - The End
