Hike: King proteas in the mountains

After a successful hike this past weekend, I decided to arrange another "King proteas in the mountains" hike. Come and witness the beauty of the King protea in its natural habitat, surrounded by magnificent mountains.

The aim for this hike is to spend time in nature, taking in the splendor of the proteas and be refreshed with magnificent mountain scenes.

You will head home with a heart filled with awe and memories of marvelous King proteas.

Starting time: 7:30

Location: Mont Rochelle nature reserve

Cost: R300 pp (normal price is R600 pp)

What's included: Permit cost, registered mountain guide, medical aid kit

Elevation: +/- 350 m

Experience level: Beginner to intermediate

Guests should be reasonably fit and be able to hike uphill. We will stop frequently to take breaks and enjoy the breathtaking views.
