Derek Gripper in ConcertWorld renowned Cape Town Guitarist, Derek Gripper, has agreed to include a concert at the DSK on his world tour this year. He will be playing his guitar for us next Thursday evening, 21 April in the KTS at 19.30. Tickets are selling at R100. Derek recently performed to rave reviews at the Cape Town Jazz Festival, and from here goes on to perform with John Williams in London, and from there to perform in the Carnegie Hall in New York. Derek plays music inspired by his love for and interaction with the West African Kora harp. Make sure you are there to experience this world renowned musician performing here at the DSK!
