An 8-week online group wellness journey for women.

The festive time is just around the corner!


Many of us tend to let go of our healthy lifestyle as we wrap up the busy last few months of the year only to succumb to the overindulgence of the holiday season shortly after. This usually leaves us feeling uncomfortable in our clothes and disappointed in ourselves for overindulging and letting ourselves go during those months (when we really didn't have to).


The holidays are supposed to be the most wonderful time of the year, but for many weight-conscious women, they can be frustrating and disheartening when it comes to food, weight and self-care. I know this because I've been there.


Now is the time to get on top of your health and fitness regime in earnest to lose those kgs you've been wanting to, empower yourself to avoid gaining weight over the festive season and begin 2022 feeling freshly fabulous!

What better way to do it than with a group of supportive group of other women on a similar journey to you right by your side?

This journey includes:


  • An 8-week menu to follow, together with eating guidelines (regular, vegan and vegetarian options).
  • An 8-week exercise programme which includes 3 live Zoom group workouts per week, hosted by me. No equipment required! If you can't make the live workouts, you'll be able to do them on your own too.
  • Weekly online group learning sessions, including topics such as healthy eating, healthy weight loss, social eating and eating out, avoiding weight gain and more! These learning sessions will take place on Wednesdays via Zoom and will also be recorded if you aren't able to attend the live sessions.
  • 1 live and guided meal prep session (Zoom).
  • 1 live festive season cooking class (Zoom).
  • Loads of resources that you can keep forever and take into the new year, including a my meal-prep math guide, recipes and weight loss resources.
  • A WhatsApp group where we’ll hold each other accountable to our word, support each other, motivate each other and celebrate our wins.
  • My personal & professional guidance, support and encouragement.


Who can sign up?


Any woman, anywhere between the ages of 18 - 60! I work with women all over the world. I've worked with women in The USA, The UK, Germany, Italy, New Zealand, South Africa and welcome anyone from any country to join. As long as you have wifi access, Paypal or a bank account and a can-do attitude, you're all set to join! You do not have to be of a certain fitness level.
