Rand Symphony Orchestra - Petite Performance and Premiere

Bring your picnic basket and blanket and join us for a variety performance, outdoors on the lush green lawn of Domus Dei Randburg-Suid.

Under the baton of Carel Henn, the full orchestra will perform the premiere of the work Kérésre by composer Jaco Meyer with soloist George Fazakas (piccolo). The members of the Rand Symphony Orchestra will be performing a variety of works for smaller orchestral groups including the Brandenburg concerto for 2 flutes and Strings, the String Serenades by Elgar, Dvorak and Tchaikovsky, Goundod's Petite Symphony, Rondeau's symphony for Brass, and the Dvorak Serenade for Winds.

Chairs will be available if seating is required.
