Learn to cook authentic Chicken Tikka masala and fluffy Rogni Naan under the instruction of professional Chef, Zana Alvarado.


  • Chicken Tikka Masala - A delicious and comforting South Asian dish that is very popular in Britain and restaurants around the world. The dish consists of marinated chicken in a robust and spicy sauce.
  • Rogni Naan - This is a fluffy handmade flatbread, that can be served with any Indian meal.
