Join Asha Dullabh, Clinical Psychologist to explore, discover and befriend these intrusive anxieties and unlock its deeper inner wisdom. The 3-session webinar is intended to raise your awareness, understanding and knowledge about anxiety. The goal is to provide you with some skills to recognize and manage symptoms you may be experiencing, provide life-long tools you can use while facing anxiety-triggering situations. These seminars are not intended to “resolve" your anxiety but rather to facilitate a process where you can embrace the ever present anxiety that prevails within us. While at times unpleasant, some anxiety symptoms can prove to be helpful and protective. These three sessions aim to provide you with a spring board from which to embrace and integrate skills into your daily life.
