Google has built a powerful suite of communication tools. Navigating your email, calendar and task lists in an online environment can be daunting. This session is a good introduction to maximising these Google tools. It is perfect for those who are new to Google or need a refresher course on communication.

  • Enhancing Chrome functionality with bookmarks and extensions
  • Understanding your Gmail mailbox
  • Advanced search in Gmail for quick mail retrieval
  • Gmail Settings to enhance your inbox layout
  • Adding labels and filters to your inbox
  • Best practise when composing mail including using templates
  • Create and edit meetings in Google Calendar
  • Keeping track of tasks with Google Keep
