We will make:

• Moules Farcies Provençal style stuffed baked mussels (A vegetarian option, Rustic Provençal Tomato Tart, is available for those with shellfish allergy.)

• Fricassee de Poulet Hearty chicken fricassee from the South of France

• Mousse au Chocolat Decadent classic chocolate mousse

The class is fun and interactive. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, learn tips and tricks, and receive personal attention from a professional chef.
