Overcoming Anger & Frustration - Saturday 27th February 2021 with Dr Colinda Linde


We may feel as if anger and frustration are constants in our lives and that these emotions are seriously harming our mental wellbeing; Or that our anger often has the effect of alienating people we care for.

Despite, knowing the negative effects of these feelings and maybe wanting to get rid of them, we do not know how we can achieve this. Buddha taught very practical methods for eliminating these feelings of anger and frustration, by placing a particular emphasis on the divine practice of patience.

In this course, Dr Colinda Linde will unpack this great teaching of Buddha, and teach you through practical instructions how to first limit and then completely abandon the minds of anger and frustration
