With your personal coach, ready to help and assist you, you can not go wrong by joining this challenge, within a environment full of support and motivation.

Duration: 21 Days (3 February - 24 February)

You can be part of the challenge from anywhere in South Africa and ANY part of the world. You will be part of a secret Facebook group where you'll meet all your accountability partners and get loads of motivation. Its fun and simple.

Your Nutrition Plan:

Not sure what to eat? Don't stress, we make the Nutrition plan so simple and easy by using our Nutrition program. We take the effort out of those hours of food preparation.

You have 4 options to start with:

You purchase your Products for the 21 Days from your Coach, who will be in contact with you as soon as you have booked your Entry Ticket. If you are already with a coach, please contact them for pricing on your products.

PLEASE NOTE: ONE OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED PACKAGES (MINIMUM OPTION 4) IS COMPULSORY TO ENTER THE CHALLENGE. YOU CAN NOT ENTER THE CHALLENGE WITHOUT PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM YOUR INDEPENDENT MEMBER.

Rules to be part of the challenge:

1. You must use the products bought from your registered challenge coach (please mention your coach on registration) during the challenge.

2. You must comply with the Accountability structure (report photos - will be send to us privately, and participation on our Whatsapp and Facebook group - photos of your meals and exercise).
