Come and join us on the 1st of Feb for a sweaty HIIT session at Ideas Cartel rooftop!
This workout will not only get your heart rate pumping, but will also get you moving and grooving to our live DJ Candice Heyns' funky beats! Hosted on the rooftop, providing an idyllic outdoor and COVID friendly space with magnificent views of Table Mountain and the city centre.
Complimentary smoothies will be available at the end of the workout and spots are limited to 10 people only so be sure to get your tickets before they're all gone!
