CHEF: CHARNÉ SAMPSON

A talented chef who runs the kitchens at La Colombe's newest restaurant Epice, 24-year-old Charné Sampson is the personification of #goals. She has honed her skills at the likes of La Colombe, Waterkloof, Myoga, and The Test Kitchen to name a few.


THE DISH: Chermoula Lamb

With a keen knack for pulling incredible flavours out of the dishes she prepares, Chef Charné will pull Moroccan, Libyan and Tunisian flavours together in a tasty North African dish of Chermoula Lamb served with Cashew and Lentil Salad.


MEAL BOX DELIVERY

We delivery on the day of the cook-along between 8 am and 2 pm to metropolitan areas in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Pretoria.


ALL YOU NEED

Over and above the ingredients we delivered to you, all you need is internet connectivity and basic pantry items such as olive oil, salt, pepper, butter or sugar.
