THE DISH: Pan-Roasted Prawn & Hake with Lime
A man who has honed his talents in Europe and fallen in love with the Med's warm flavour palette, Chef Reuben will be taking us on a journey through France, Italy and Turkey. Using beautiful, fresh herbs like aniseed and fennel, he will create his signature dish of Mediterranean-inspired Pan-Roasted Prawn and Hake with Lime, served with a spicy Jalapeno Linguine and Fennel Créme.

We delivery on the day of the cook-along between 8 am and 2 pm to metropolitan areas in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Pretoria.
