The Art of Moving: Introduction into Mindfulness & Movement
Join us as we break down and examine the mechanics of movement and self-awareness through a range of movement practices. Anyone wanting to understand their bodies better, build strength, and foster mobility can join, no experience needed. Discover your inner processes and how to work with your body to achieve your own movement goals (strength, flexibility, toning, stress relief), and leave with the tools to further guide your practice.
The workshop consists of 4 classes, each class takes place over a weekend in February (6, 13, 20, 27), for 2-2.5 hours per session. The workshop will be hosted at Movement Sanctuary (Bryanston) by Kinisi Therapy’s founder, Lee Moodley. Join us for the whole workshop, or dip your toes in a single class that suits your schedule.
