Franco amaFranx, a composing singer and bass player, has pulled a small orchestra together for his new album “in the Kingdom of the Aloës” all of which was recorded in an old church in Cape Town, South Africa.The artist eludes to a concept called “The Imaginarium” in which the music can be interpreted by bass and vocals alone (especially in live environments) as well as expand into the orchestral sounds heard on his latest release. These interpretations form into a listener’s gift over time in which they may interpret music with a personalized imaginary orchestra.
The Daisy Jones Bar is situated on the gorgeous Summerhill Wine Estate on the R44 just outside of Stellenbosch.
