A Woman's Worth was established from a sense of urgency and passion for sharing the principles of contributing towards building a legacy for our future generations in Africa.

A Woman’s Worth was founded by Leah Kitoloh on the premise of building a global community of women who desire to take charge of their financial future, expand their knowledge, and build their confidence regarding wealth, money and credit. 

The Woman’s Worth chapters are setup in the various countries and relevant to their context and economy. The chapters are about strategically planning, organizing, and hosting workshops, connect sessions, and conferences to empower collaborations and partnerships. 

United, our goals include co-creating strategies and tools necessary for economic and personal development.

LeahK's purpose is to CONNECT like-minded women, by enabling the chapters to build a legacy that has a Pan African and global impact, both personally and professionally, by creating a platform to promote personal brand presence, products and services.
