How to Change Our Self


In this series will be focusing on how to use meditation to free ourselves from the painful emotions which cause our suffering. Buddha called these uncontrolled and painful states of mind the delusions. Through the practice of meditation we establish a basic inner peace and joy which gives us the confidence to begin to improve our mind.

Download Zoom. (free). Once purchased your ticket, insert the Zoom ID and Password into your Zoom - Join a Meeting, add your first name, and you will automatically be connected to the class. You don't need to sign in to Zoom.
