ABOUT
Join us - Harry & Steyn, on our 40ha fynbos farm outside of Stanford, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean & majestic Kleinrivier mountains in the Overberg, surrounded by nature, art, music & architecture to inspire.
We curated a lunch menu, inspired by our favorite chefs (think Heston Blumenthal, Liam Tomlin and Neill Anthony), paired with small batch unique wines.
Being a small intimate affair of only 14 seats, we cannot customize the menu.

Served on a fennel salad with plum tomatoes, parsley, rocket
& Miso Dressing

Palate Cleanser - Lime Infused Granita
Lacquered Quail
Served with carrots two ways, panko asparagus, charred orange
& Olive snow
Wine: Verdelho - Maanschijn wines or
Pinotage - Aaldering wines

Kandeel
A Dutch delicacy made with wine, honey, cinnamon, glove
& Nutmeg, served chilled with cream
Wine: Blackoystercatcher Dessert Wine
Brunoise of local cheeses & fruit
Served with
Black toast, fig balsamic, candied ginger & red pepper kernels
Finishing off with
House made whiskey gums with 15 year old Laphroig
