Tea is a huge part of Russian culture...
During the Russian Tea Celebration, specially sourced and imported black Russian tea blend is served from a steaming Samovar (ornate Russian tea urn) and presented in traditional hand-painted porcelain tea sets...
A Russian tea ceremony, it’s not only about tea. This is also demonstrated through the multitude of other things offered on the menu like sweets, chocolates, honeys, jams, baked goods, pirogi, cakes and more. The tea is usually drunk as is, sometimes it is appropriate to add alcohol to it. Some of the more popular Russian alcoholic ‘toppings’ are cognac, homemade liquors and even rum.
Join us for this celebratory tea ritual. A visually intriguing experience that breathes new life into age-old tea brewing customs!
