TCCC: Presents Way Out There at the Cape Farmhouse
It gets busy these days, rushed.
tension builds in the city, work, stresses, it leaks into the suburbs and drips into our day-to-day
out there, beyond the mountains, hidden in the peninsula, where the surf roars and the baboons reign, where ostrich and horses run, Way Out There where the wild things are lies a break from the bustle.
Join us Way Out There, for a day of a curated collection of art, visceral culture and live music at the beautiful and prestigous Cape Farmhouse.
Our focus at The Cape Creative Collective is to provde a platform for the amazing up-and-coming creatives from around the globe; and bring visceral creativity out of social media and back into the world.
With a selection of artists exhibbited, we'll be looking at a diverse range of work, talent and stories.
From magic, to evening fire dancers, Way Out There is a celebration of a creative community and encouraging a unique experience.
Peruse outside the iconic Farmhouse, in a market filled with everything from plants, to jewellery, custom clothes, to thrift and swimwear, not to mention fabulous food from a variety of vendors as well as drinks by Lakeside Brewery.
And don't forget to get a tettie by Mettie Closeout from the legendary Tomb Tattoos! He will be doing Flash Tattoos throughout the day.
If you're not old enough, get your face painted or henna tattoos at the childrens play area hosted by the wonderful With Henna With Love. Children u12 pay R50 but recieve one free henna tattoo with their ticket and entrance into the Cape Creative Kids Club!
