Join us for a morning of fun and fitness in the beautiful artist sanctuary of Victoria Yards.


Three instructors will take you through three 45 minute classes over 4 hours. Come try your hand at Barre, Stretch and Dance Fitness, all guaranteed to offer you a great workout and an incredible start to the weekend!

Pay one price and get access to all three classes - you decide how many you wanna do. Or, pay per single class and if you decide on the day you wanna do more classes, just bring cash with to upgrade your ticket.

INSTRUCTORS


Marise Dusheiko


Marise is a former professional dancer, Pilates instructor and yogi with over 15 years in the fitness and flexibility industries. She was one of the finalists in Season 1 of "So You Think You Can Dance?" South Africa and has performed in classical, contemporary and musical theatre productions locally and abroad including High School Musical, Cats and Phantom Of The Opera. She offers online classes as well as 1:1 coaching in her unique, Stretch-to-Strength method.

Her class will focus on stretching for strength with one-of-a-kind conditioning exercises. Unlock tight muscles, stabilise joints and build beautiful, long, strong muscles. You've never had a stretch class like this!


Marcella Solimeo


Marcella is a Latin American dance superstar! At age 19 she joined the cast of world renowned Latin and ballroom theatre production Burn the Floor performing in Tampa, Florida, the UK and on the Norwegian Breakaway Cruise Liner.

Marcella is the current winner of Dancing with the Stars South Africa and appeared as Choreographer and Dancer in the 2019 South African season of The Bachelor. She also performed as a dancer in Season 3 of The Voice South Africa.

Her Dance Fitness class is a fun filled, easy to learn, full body dance workout. It is a blast of energy that builds fitness and gives you the opportunity to learn dance styles such as the Salsa and the Jive!


Kerry Katz


Kerry is a former professional dancer who started her own fitness business after having her son. "As a professional dancer you want something that gives you the same fitness, stamina and tone that you get from performing full time. I have seen huge changes in my body since starting Barre Time and Booty Barre Bounce."

Her Barre class is designed to give you a full body workout that is high intensity but low impact, caring for the joints, while working to your body's full potential. Using ballet techniques you will build strength, tone muscles and improve balance and flexibility. You don’t need any Ballet or Pilates experience. You just need a positive outlook and a tight sports bra!!


EVENT LINE UP

9:30 - 10:15: Barre with Kerry

10:30 - 11:15: Stretch with Marise

11:30 - 12:15: Dance Fit with Marcella

12:15 onwards: wander the beautiful grounds, grab a bite to eat, visit the artists and treat yourself to some amazing art!!
